GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME; ALL THE TIME, GOD IS GOOD!  AMEN?

“The Armor of God”

God’s Word is our armor for today and for every trial that will come our way.  May we take that shield of faith and take a strong stand for our Lord.  When satan comes to try and tear us down, we have Jesus strong arms to lean on.  As Christians, we can stand against the things that come into our lives.  We are told to take up the shield of faith so we will extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.  I find that when we take our eyes off Jesus, we lose out.  We need to give everything to God, who will care for us just as he cares for the sparrows that fall.  God loves us all the same and waits to embrace us with His loving arms.  He wants us to worship only Him because one day, we will live with Him forever.  It’s not what we have done to deserve His love, but through grace, He gives us everlasting life.  “Jesus Saves”

We do not have to do big things to be effective for God to use.  He expects us to spread the good news wherever we can.  The world needs to see Jesus in us.  The enemy is getting stronger, and so much is happening in our world today.  Lord, help us always to be clothed in the full armor of God so we can stand against the wiles of the evil one.  We want to stand firm and represent You, Lord.  We are the Righteousness of God through Jesus Christ.  God’s armor is made up of the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of Salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.  Here, Jesus is teaching us to pray and to be on our guard to stand up against evil.  We are His beloved children, and He is bigger than any mountain that comes our way.  He will always fight our battles.  Have a Jubilant Sunday in Jesus!

Father, we give You thanks for another new day to praise You.  We thank You for your answered prayers!  We continue to pray for our family who just laid their loved one to rest, the sick, hurting, grieving, the youth, the children, and many for Salvation.  Shower them with Your love, comfort, and peace in these days.  I speak Jesus over every hurting heart.  Lord, I pray Your perfect will be done in Jesus’ name.  Amen.  “Our God Reigns”

Love in Christ 💕

God loved me to help others. . .

 By Bob Lindenberger

 What is discouragement?

Discouragement is, by definition, a deficit of courage.  Biblical courage is the ability to do and face uncertainty, adversity, danger, or suffering with the faith-fueled hope that God will keep his Word to us, come what may.

When something has happened in your life, it is natural to grieve and to be disappointed or frustrated.  You need to take the time to feel sad, but you also need to pick yourself then up.  This is not always a natural or spontaneous response, so it might take time, but it is important that you make a decision to move past the disappointment.  Don’t run from it, but face it and release it.  Pray about it and be honest with God about how you feel and what you are experiencing.  But don’t allow disappointment to dominate your life.  Give your disappointment to God.

. . .  this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen.  For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

1 Corinthians 4:17-18

For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.

May the LORD bless you and keep you and make His face shine upon you and give you His Peace.  Shalom
