In February 2025, I fell in the shower and broke a vertebra in my back, and on April 13, 2026, I had it repaired. But may I share what I call my worst weekend ever? Saturday, the pain in my back took a different direction – I could hardly walk, but I got through the day. Sunday morning, I woke up and couldn’t get out of bed. The pain in my back was so bad. I tried several times, but the pain was so bad I couldn’t get out of bed. I had my medical tech call the firemen to help me out and take me to the ER. They took me to the ER. ER had no room for me, so I lay in the hall all day --10 hours. ER took some tests, and finally the doctor came to me and said, “Good luck with the operation tomorrow....
